I just bought this coffee grinder online. The description said I can adjust the coarseness, but it didn't come with any instructions. The box didn't even have a brand name I can look up. I get how it basically works, but I'm not sure how to adjust it to a coarse grind for my French press. Can anyone help?

Typically there is a way to constrict the entry hole, or lower the blades so they are closer to the bowl.

Check out the spring loaded dealy on the top. Does this allow you to adjust the blade height?

Oh wait, I just figured it out. Apparently I have to lift this spring held bracket up and turn the hexagonal nut wich lowers or raises the grinding wheel.
