I posted a thread about this a few months ago, was mercilessly ridiculed for not using whatever retarded lingo /ck/ uses, got a manual burr grinder and bodum press like everyone else and some kenya aa trader joe's beans and been satisfied ever since.
If I buy any more coffee stuff other than bean refills within the next few months it'll probably just be an electric burr grinder and various spices.

I made cold brew in my french press yesterday. Drank it this morning, it really brought the flavours out more than drinking it hot. I need to work on how I make it hot, clearly. No mud at the bottom either.

I had an apparently local variation of the Nescafe in Malta. There was a kettle in my hotel room so I went and bought some. Said on the label that it was a special blend for Malta.
It was delicious, for what it was, but also overly bitter.
Then I tried a Kinnie. It was delicious, for what it was, but also overly bitter.
