Hello /ck/, today I remembered I had a thing of pic related lying around and decided to try and make it, but then saw it expired around a year ago. Would something like this still be edible without making me shit my intestines out

I had some the other night that was two years out of date and I'm fine.

I've also had out-of-date Japanese curry and it was no big deal

What is it with everything on this board and shitting their fucking guts out over every little thing

>> No.10817765

If it smells or tastes weird, toss it. If you generally have a weak stomach, toss it too.

I would probably still eat it.

Don't be a pussy, eat that shit. Dates on that stuff just means it probably won't taste as good as it would've fresher. Although I doubt it will matter much.
That said, I've got a pack of it lying around too. Should probably make something with it soon.

It’s just that the curry may have lost some of it’s scent and flavor may have go a bit to the rancid side, but it should be safe to eat.
