as an american, i love british cuisine. a lot of people describe it as bland and uninspired but i personally view it as more of a comfort food type vibe. im a huge fan of brown sauces and gravys. and like american food, british pub food is great to eat while youre enjoying a cold beer with your friends. also i feel the british eat the best breakfasts. what gives UK cuisine a bad name is when they try to imitate other country's cooking styles when it just doesnt go well with theirs

guts in general*

Beef stomach soup, liver, chicken/pork heart, beef tongue. I have never had any kind of kidney or brain dish, but I think I'll fix that soon.

*widely diliked at the world scale rather than my place (polan) scale, where those are bit less widely disliked

Brussel Sprouts and Broccoli is the only thing that comes to mind and I think they're only really disliked by children with parents that overcook them.
I like the skin of a lot of fish that I've seen some people turn their nose up at but I think worldwide most people love eating the skin with their fish so I guess that's not really widely disliked.

It just means 'the food from a specific country' babyanon.
If you learn what it means, you will find it is a useful when you grow up.
See you in a decade when you hit the milestone of 21. I'm sure you will understand where I am coming from by then.
