Dug a little deeper and apparently the actual OP is saying it's smoked pulled pork so maybe that pinkish bit is a smoke layer. Things are generally smoked to oblivion, especially pork, so I'm sure it's fine. I'm really triggered by that greasy as fuck spinach, I can just imagine the stems pulling out and ruining the interior structural integrity of the burrito, not to mention the grease itself, in combination with the already greasy pork. That being said OP is a grill so they're all going to white knight her shitty burrito.

At least it's been grilled/pressed, it's amazing how few places that sell burritos do this, it makes them so much better.
