Most of those aren't even ripe, you would only pick the top right one and maybe the one to the left of it.

t. picked Cherries for 8 years, they taste like shit when they are bright red despite the memes.

yes just get a dwarf variety with tight internode spacing like majoam or little ruby else you won't produce much

and stay away from tissue culture plugs as they won't start fruiting until like the 30th leaf

You seem to know your shit. So I have a bunch of nightshades currently growing and some herbs. I assume I will have to throw out the nightshades in Oct when it gets colder. Anything I can plant in fall that would give me nice colored flowers or even something to eat? Or just put in spring bulbs then?

Step it up. I just finished removing my windows entirely in favor of more room for my organic blackberry bushes. It's a shame, really, that people tend to ignore the small spaces in their house that could be used for something. I've emptied my silverware drawer onto the counter and put a small fishtank in its place so I can keep fish fresher while I prep.

I'll never grow a Cherry tree due to how much of a fucking special snowflake they can be

Too hot? Cherries turn to jam and fall off the tree if you brush a branch
Too much rain? They absorb the water, swell and split, still edible but nobody will want to buy it
Too much wind? Cherries fall off the tree by the hundreds along with the buds, see below
Even picking them if you aren't careful you can fuck a cherrie growing bud up that won't recover for 5 years.

I never really liked them except for pic related, Rainier Cherries are the shit. Put them in a cake and holy fuck.

And I forgot, every bird under the sun fucking LOVES to peck a few holes in the cherry and move on to another one. Boss had wired bird scarers, gas cannons and shot whatever Crow he could find and they still decimated certain varieties.

This feel.
Watching a million cherries slowly ripen and then like a day before you have the weekend off so you can go pick them all the sky turns fucking BLACK with starlings.
They're beautiful birds one at a time but they act like goddamn locust swarms.

Twisting the bunches off very carefully. There's a reason why most smart employers pay by the hour instead of contract otherwise people just fuck the trees up big time.
