Most trannies today aren't even actually like that. There's been a sick culture of "cult transgenderism" that's formed in schools and the internet tricking younger boys to become trannies for some sick kind of validation and peer pressure. They literally permanently ruin their lives for attention and validation. Tumblr is a hell of a drug. Trannies are still pretty rare, but "natural" trannies are an extreme minority in that circle.
