Guinness is the Corona of Europe. I brew and distil my own beer and can make 23 litres of 9% stout, porter or 12% barleywine for the cost of about 4 pints of Guinness at the pub.

The malts in Guinness are over-roasted and the creamy head comes from artificial nitrogenation.

If you want a real stout, get this shit up you. Naturally secondarily fermented in the bottle you drink from, twice the alcohol content of Guinness, and no artificial additives.

Coopers Brewery was founded in 1862 and is still independent and family owned. They have always done natural, in-bottle secondary fermenting. They are as anti-indie as it gets.
I drink my own beer, my own spirits, and Coopers ales if I'm out on the town. In a market overloaded with shitty overhopped IPA's and fruity faggot gimmick beers its nice to know that there's still honest, bottle-conditioned traditional ales readily available... here in Australia.

I really don't know how Guinness can still get away with calling their product 'extra stout' when it's a weak brew by any standard, old and modern. Even most porters blow it out of the water.
