Yeah, maybe for an Amerifat

Depends. If you're able to digest lactose, then any traditional cuisines which don't make use of fresh milk probably won't be the best for you. Most traditional cuisines are fairly healthy though, as long as they don't exclude any foods for moral reasons.

milk isn't healthy whatsoever, stop listening to the american board of health

African. Dirt is low in calories and saturated fats.

asian food is probably the least healthy; most of it contains a shit ton of sugar.

Making generalizations like that just tells me that you don't entirely know what you're talking about either though. Unless you only have a problem with how modern milk is produced, for people who retained the ability to digest lactose into adulthood, it's perfectly fine for them.

Indian food

Japanese really isn't healthy unless you're talking about the american version, which even then is still questionable in terms of health. Traditional/authenic jap food is pretty bad

>but japs are thin!
This doesn't mean they are more healthy. Not to mention in japan everyone takes daily vitamins or supplements unlike in the US.

Actually milk is clarified as a B-rank carcinogen. Milk and cheese are terrible for your health. Call them tasty if you will, I eat them on a rare occasion even- while speaking out against them. You should do your research, they're vigorously garbage your diet.

>B-rank carcinogen
So nothing definite? And it could just "possibly" be a carcinogen because it's high in calories since calorie restriction seems to prevent/slow cancer growth which makes sense since you're taking in less energy to fuel it.

Even processed meat raises your risk of colon cancer by less than 1% from 5% to 5.9%, and that's only for the processed stuff. I don't think fresh animal products that aren't full of additives are really a big concern, but I could be wrong.

sugar doesn't have anything to do with being fat goy. sure, if you drink a shit load of soda your gonna be fat, but asian sauces are the fucking worst when it comes to sugar content.

People don't eat saucy foods for every meal though, as American versions of the food will make you believe.
