I'm on day 14 of my 50% calorie deficit keto diet. I have already lost 8kg, but oh man am I starving and craving for some real food other than egg and deenz

Make some spinach and crab dip. Spinach, real crab (the fake shit is loaded with carbs), lemon juice and mayo or cream cheese.
Make parmesan crackers to eat the spinach crab crab with.
Crawfish etouffee, using cream cheese to thicken instead of a roux. You can't have rice but the etouffee is the good part anyway.

You don't need to be on much of a calorie deficit for keto, because you piss out so many calories in the excess ketones. Better to go with a level you can manage without discomfort. Once you're fully keto adapted you can increase the calorie deficit without issue.
Oh and watch out for kidney stones. Fast weight loss is bad about causing kidney stones. Take magnesium citrate and potassium citrate to help minimise the risk - ive heard from multiple women that kidney stones hurt worse than childbirth. The citrate binds with the calcium and helps it stay in solution instead of precipitating out in the kidneys.

OP is going to put that weight back on in a month. Studies show that fat people who lose weight fast retain their hunger intensity until they become fat again. Only diets that allow for a gradual loss of weight result in a permanent new normal weight.
