Plenty of places do, I'm not a fan myself, it's way too watery, and doesn't really add anything flavor-wise since, you know, there's already a shit ton of cooked down tomato in the sauce. I've had it on white sauce pizza too, I think, but same deal, too watery, and not much flavor.
