B4 grade beef is better imo. You get more actual flesh instead of fat. I work at a japanese restaurant that serves A5 and it is basically all fat, it's delicious in small doses, but becomes overwhelming after while and isn't appealing.

I've never had a super fatty piece of steak like that, but when I get Ribeye it's a fucking pain in the ass to cook because there's always that giant slab of fat in the middle that I can't render.

I much prefer strip steak because that's simple to cook and is always tasty.
