i dont know how exactly cheese curds are made but they don't seem to melt very well at high temperatures which means it won't melt into the gravy. i've tried making poutine here in germany but typical cheeses (ex. gouda) just melt away into the gravy. it still tastes good but there is a certain je-ne-sais-quoi missing without the cheese curds.

Here in the great Nation of Texas, Whataburger is basically a non-alcoholic tavern where all the party people go after 2 AM. Every table is full, it's loud as fuck and the food sucks, but it's a safe haven for sobering up a bit. There's usually a cop or two hanging around inside by the door. I've seen many fights, drug deals, arrests, etc.
