This is the best hot sauce. That is all

It's not vegan though. I can NOT use it on my seitan. That makes it complete garbage.

Aged bottles, on the other hand, are fucking godly. It's a much more complex flavor after it's darkened a bit.

i happen to agree with you OP. it has a great texture and consistency, it's just hot enough, and is a lot more pepper and less vinegar compared to rivals such as tobasco and louisiana. if you want something with a whole lot more sweet/smoky flavors, the chipotle version is great.

i have no interest in any other hot sauces.

>> No.10710418

>>10707506

it's hot enough. there's no reason for any sauce to be hotter. it's a SAUCE. you should be able to use copious amounts without experiencing discomfort.

I tried this recently after seeing it highly rated a few times and it's boring as fuck. It tastes like that bland Mexican salsa you get in burrito kits and doesn't have any heat. Genuinely confused why it's so highly rated.

My favorite hotsauce is really weird and specific. Harris Teeter brand Sriracha. It's sweeter than regular sriracha, basically a spicey bbq sauce really, complete with that smooth texture.

It's not super hot or anything, I just like it.
