Jujubes. You can chew on them off the bat, and they have this initial break-glass texture followed by a satisfying gumminess (only chew one at a time, because they're very sticky), or you can suck on it till it's soft, and chew it then.

You can also freeze them and they're good as a hard candy. Subtle flavors (including lavendar and lilac, no nasty licorice), and a small handful can take me a whole evening to get through. They're also not terribly loaded with sugar, since they're mostly potato starch.

Runner up is Charleston Chew, for all the same reasons. I prefer them in the freezer, too.

Reese's miniatures are my go-to for chocolate goodness. Still need to try the dark chocolate ones though. I also like most gummy candies. I'm not that picky in that regard.
