anon you are supposed to just mix it all together, not drain it
also it helps if you store the container upside down, after closing the lid of course

The oil helps insulate your peanut butter from the air so it doesn't go mouldy.

Some of the eurofag mocking is due for us desu.

I remember the first time I had real peanut butter. My brother got type 1 juvenile diabetes (genetic type I, not fatass type II, he was an active healthy kid at the time) and we went on a health kick and bought the real stuff.

I remember thinking it was weird and not very good because of the lack of added sugars lol. I've come a far way from that now, but as an American I will always have a little spot in my heart for some of our engineered frankenfoods. Spam especially.

Yeah this. Store the container upside down for a day, then shake the fuck out of it like you're shaking a new can of paint. Wala - everything mixed.

>oil
>peanut butter
Real peanut butter doesnt have oil its just peanuts and salt. You bought a peanut oil spread.

The oil is from the peanuts themselves. You can get it with additives at that don't allow the oil to break free

Isnt he talking added oil?

...huh? Peanuts are very oily things. Hence we have peanut oil products. It naturally separates from the solids after a while when you make peanut butter without any emulsifiers.
