Cheeseburger (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayonnaise, American cheese) and fries

All cooked to the order, wrapped in wax paper with a toothpick pushed through the middle, and packaged in a brown paper bag. Plenty of ketchup packets that have been chilling in a bucket of ice water. Large bottle of ice cold carbonated spring water. Park somewhere nice on a hot summer day and blast the air conditioner.

Went to some fine dining resturant a few years back and didn't know what to pick so I just randomly chose smoked wood pigeon.

I can't remember what else was in the dish but it was fantastic.
