Some specialty caffee that collected recipes from around the world had it. Tried it, was breddy gud. It was also strong as a kick from a horse, so that helps. I hate flavored weak coffee. Oddly it was some buddhist variant of some sort, but AFAIK buddhists dont drink coffee.
