got 1 bag vanilla and 1 bag unflavored in the US, i hear the vanilla isn't as good in UK for whatever that's worth. tried making a few smoothies, kinda preferred the straight up vanilla. the powder to water ratio is way lower than most other meal shakes because oats make it thick af. this results in a pretty large quantity of sludge to guzzle down. it's a pro and a con. makes you feel like you actually consumed a decent amount of (food?) but almost too filling and takes more than just a few seconds to drink. i didn't hate it but i found it hard to talk myself out of making something better
