over all I left in the middle of my late lunch because it was so bland and they didn't use cast iron for the fajitas, they went cold real quick on an aluminum look-a-like fajita pan.
the salsa was very sweet at first then spicy (same bite), I didn't like it
the menu said the steak was marinated but it hardly tasted seasoned
the peppers and onions looked like they were sauteed in water for a few minutes
when I ordered my drink, I also ordered cheese dip. the waitress asks "yellow or white". I tell her I hate these kind of questions, just give me some cheese dip. she brought the yellow chili con queso, it was nice and spicy but the taste and texture went strange as it cooled.
when I told the cashier/manager that the food was just terrible. she gave my one of my ten dollar bills back and I passed it on to the cute server, the only thing the place had going for it was the server
I can't believe this place has been open since 1970. this is the first time I had fajitas and didn't like it,

Gay marriage is the law of the land in the United States and all the hate chicken money in the world won't change that so I'm happy to fund them giving us actual reasons to argue that gays are still persecuted in the United States. my buds and I usually go to a 24 hour diner called Magnolia’s. We have been meaning to try out a different diner but put it off until now. Ordered a french toast platter. It was pretty good but not at all for the price. It was served with a hunk of butter cream and strawberries but the strawberries I am near 100% sure were dethawed from frozen and the toast itself was really thick and the crust was hard as fuck. Pretty unfortunate because that really limits our choices at 3 am.

Went with 2 other people.
Got a gyudon (beef cut in thin slices on top of rice) topped with cheese and tomato sauce;
Kara ague (fried chicken Japanese style) topped with garlic;
Hojicha with lime, strawberry and honey.
They got an Yakisoba.
My gyudon was good as always, Sukiya makes some good honest food for it's price, even though it got higher recently, and the portion of Kara ague got smaller. It was my first time getting the tea, it's pretty good.
They didn't like the Yakisoba Very much, because it wasn't the traditional one we get here, it had different sauces.
Afterwards I got a Matcha with Milk and Ice Cream. Beats any milkshake, for those who like Matcha, that is.
Rating overall, it was pretty nice for a 20-30 dollars meal for 3.

It's a pretty good for a conveyor belt dim sum style sushi place. The prices per plate are pretty decent all around, and they have a happy hour every day from 2 to 4:30 PM where everything sans the cheapest dishes are all around two bucks. Given the cheap prices, it's expected that the sushi wouldn't be FUCKING AMAZING, but the quality was surprisingly good despite that. It's the only decent Sushi place within walking distance, and they also serve Udon, Yakisoba, Sashimi, Tempura, and most surprisingly, Hibachi dishes.

These guys not only have Soda and Juice, with free refills on the former, but they also serve Ramune, and also got booze to boot. They got domestic beers, and imported Japanese ones; Sapporo, Kirin, and Asahi. They also serve Sake, Dry Sake, Creme Sake, Wine, and Plum Wine.

These fuckers even have Ice Cream and Cheesecake for dessert, they also have seasonal fruit, and Mochi with like five different flavors to choose from.

It's like a weaboo's fucking wet dream in there and I love it.

Went with my alcoholic cousin. I drink a lot too so we just drank a bunch of beer and split a $12 sashimi plate. The fish was all fresh and good, the service was fine even though we asked to be moved to another section by the windows (only one server was working the floor and had seated all of his diners in a row of booths, fuck that.)

Eventually, we ordered a couple of rolls, yellowtail, unagi and a salmon skin roll. They were sloppily made and had way too much fucking rice. I asked for a box for the trash rolls and more beer and another sashimi plate. I knew I was already like $50 in the hole in beer so I just said fuck it tipped the server and the fish guy each $20 and left noting to never come back.

My drunk cousin came by a few days later and said ‘hey you paid for dinner the other night, I don’t know what it came to, but here’s $40’ and hurriedly handed me some cash and left. It felt like $20 in the hand, but I didn’t say anything. I peeled it apart after she left, it was $20.

Dim sum is more of a serving style; you pay by the plate, and simply pick the plate up from a conveyor belt as it passes by, and each dish is a specific price. In the case of Sushi Village, they're color coded; cheapest is green at $1.45, then there's Yellow at $1.95, Blue at $2.45, Red at $2.95, and Purple being the most expensive at $3.45.

You can also ask the chefs directly for a specific menu item, and they'll hand it to you once it's done.

As I said before, they have a Happy Hour for their sushi dishes from 2:00 to 4:30 PM where everything save the cheapest tier sushi are all $1.95.

It is a shithole, and that entire area is covered in old people (retirement home behind that picture) who think just because the town has neglected the plaza's parking lot, and you can't tell the damn parking slots from the lanes that you can just drive anywhere you want, and walk anywhere you want.
The only reason that entire area gets any business is because of the fucking McDonalds and Kroger. It used to be nice and 'quaint' until our town got a fucking 'award' for being one of the safest towns in the country. Though, I never saw it as that, seeing as though my father's job was to help put our city's most violent domestic abusers in jail. Now people from all over come here for our barbecue fest (a local church cook off), and bring their driving, drugs, and problems with them and have completely ruined this town.

But that's not even the building lol. That's just some empty shithole that used to be a hair salon my mother used to actually work at, believe it or not. Pizzaroma is directly to the left from that pic's perspective, and it's not actually that bad. The store has been hopping all over town for the past decade, so it gets business for good reason. When it was at its previous location I was was with my ex and left a slice of pizza in the tip box. Some of the worst service I've ever actually received, come to think of it.
