>Just calories in, calories out, it's that easy, bruh!
>Like, it doesn't matter at all if you get all the calories from pasta and McDonalds or from nutritious foods like salmon or eggs! lol just eat less

For strictly weight loss, this is true. If you ignore your dietary requirements, calories in/calories out is absolutely correct. Obviously your body will function much better and you will enjoy more satiety and health with a diet rich in healthy foods. But weight loss will be the same.

Considering fatties got fat in first place, it's not really a good idea to leave them starving all the time while they are on diet, is it? Most will just relapse and will become even more of a mess, probably.

Nah weightloss won't be the same.
The body adjusts calories out.
TDEE won't be the same on a nutritious diet vs a twinkie diet.

Yeah. That's actually how that works. Just so long as you have the self control to not drink a day's worth of calories in a shake then not do anything the whole day, you'll lose weight.

Dumbass.

This is just fat fuck logic, it's the health version of "OMG you can technically cook food on a coil stove with only a cast iron pan? that means you don't need nice things!"

Some 500 pound fat fuck realized he could drop 75 pounds just by eating one less boston kreme donut per hour, and he assumed the same advice that worked for him also holds true for a normal weight person trying to go from 13% to 12% body fat

calories out=f(macros in)

Also, body composition is affected by macros

You can keep someone at maintenance calories, but give them a higher protein diet, and their body will increase in lean mass and decrease in fat mass

Therefore having a diet of good macros is more important than just calories if health is important to you. One very important macro is fiber, therefore eat your fucking vegetables.

If you look up what his "twinkie diet" actually consisted of it was something like the following for 2 months:

>60g of whey protein isolate
>500g of curly kale, carrots, and bell peppers
>2 glasses of whole milk
>a multivitamin
>fish oil
>also, twinkies

The way he presented it to the public was a total scam, but retards who understand nothing about nutrition think "oh, see? he ate twinkies therefore I can eat only twinkies and I can be just as healthy as you"

face looks best in the 2nd/4th pic in my opinion. 4th pic would probably be the best overall after a few months maintaining, when the skin gets less saggy. Took me years to fully not look like some giant saggy foreskin with a shirt off after the weightloss
