Wonton Wrappers

Avocado
Sushi Tuna
Green Onion
Sriracha
Sesame seeds

Cut wonton skins on diagonal to make a triangle
Fry them til golden and bubbly
Set aside

Cut sushi tuna into 1/4 cubes
Cut avocado into 1/4 inch cubes
Slice up green onions
Throw it all in a bowl
Add Sriracha to taste

Spoon out mixture onto individual wonton chips

Sprinkle with sesame seeds

It's a fuckin sushi nacho
You can add soy if you want but it makes the mixture look like shit so maybe sprinkle on afterwards.
