Inspired by a post the other day, I've made grilled veggie skewers. What do you think /ck/?

Looks noob-tier.

First rule of thumb for skewers: Cut all the ingredients the same size and shape so that there aren't any bits sticking out here and there. That ensures they cook evenly without any burnt bits sticking out.

Second rule of thumb for skewers: if using wood or bamboo skewers, don't leave any parts of the wood exposed. No gaps between ingredients. Gaps allow the heat from the grill to hit the wood directly, charring it. That tastes bad.

Soak your skewers, and charred bits taste good.

it's usually better to put all your meat on their own skewers and the veggies on their own skewers since meat and vegetables need different amounts of cooking time

Thats why all the top athletes, powerlifters and strongmen are vegan...

Faggot.
They're also switching. A lot of pro athletes are seeing results. Change takes time.

He's trolling you. Everyone into diet knows that vegan isn't healthy and you need heavy supplementation to survive on it at all. Organ meat is the most nutritious food on earth.

There are zero nutrients you cannot receive from vegan sources that are required in the human body.
>>10610875
This is easily debunked with simple blood test studies. You could post your egg industry funded studies again and we can debunk them, again, if you like.
