It's pasta with envelopes of powdered sauce and seasoning. You add ground beef, milk, and water and simmer until the pasta is softened. Really the pasta just comes out gummy and nasty, but hamburger helper will fill your stomach at least.

Taco used to be really good, but I feel like they lowered the quality of it. My go to is the philly cheesesteak. I just stir in the little packet of fried onions they give you, and than top it with a big handful of French's fried onions that I buy separate.
