ever try to make an affogato? simply pull a double shot of espresso over some nice vanilla ice-cream, crumble a cookie to add some crunch.

The affogato was a dessert suggestion, it is not a coffee drink.

In my opinion, the most underrated and my favorite espresso drink is the humble americano. Pull a double shot of espresso, then add hot water from the steam wand. I suggest some bold Italian roasted-beans.
