Not that guy but I only use a portion of the flavor packs. I have fish sauce, soy sauce, black bean paste, and other fun shit in the fridge.

I get that, they're thin which I like (Mama better thin) and the bigger block like Maruchan. Always seem "fresh" too, not shelved for 2.5 years
but I've never liked the broth, actually put aside the flavor packet and use Top Ramens or something
