/ck/, I have a confession to make.
I have no idea how to properly use mustard. The most common variety of mustard around here is really pungent so I never really had any taste for it but started getting somewhat into the taste lately. Problem is, I know fuck-all about the varieties and proper uses.
Please help my amateurish ass.

Works on pork, sausages, chicken, but I wouldn't try it on beef.
