What are some other instances of regional foods that became so burdened by the tradition that they wound up as one of the worst options of it's catergory? So far I have

There's a lot of leeway with Chicago pizza though. I was more getting at regional foods that have strict requirements or else it's "wrong", like a philly having to have cheeze whiz. I know there's other ones I've seen before, because I remember seeing things that had specific bread requirements, like "must use king's hawaiian, or Martin's potato roll"
