Does /ck/ have any tips on how to make great ramen/noodle soup?

I hear Nissin Roah is the best brand.

just use as many fresh ingredients as you can, and make your own broth if possible.
90% of the decadent flavor of good ramen comes from quality broth.

How do I make good broth?
Are there any good prepackaged concentrated broth or mixes?

>> No.10587223

a lot of any answer can be answered through google or youtube. why don't you actually try to make some yourself before shitposting. if you come across a problem that fucked up your endeavors, would like to compare your recipe with that of others then that might be post worthy. fuck off

Roah is good. Myojo Chukazanmai is a little better though. If nothing else, it has the best noodles of any instant ramen. Adding your own fresh ingredients is the best you can do. Fresh scallions, mushrooms, soft boiled egg are all pretty easy. You can add meat too if you want to put in the extra effort. Doing your own broth would be best, but if you are going to go that far, why even bother with anything prepackaged at that point, just go all the way with it.

Sapporo always tastes like disappointment. It's better than Top/Maruchan, but not really a lot better.
