it's because they taste really savory so your body thinks it's a nutritious food and tells you to eat more, but it's mostly empty carbs so it never fills you up. if you eat stuff like this, you really need to take a small portion in a separate container and just eat whatever you took. eating straight from the container is a bad idea.
