Panera is a huge ripoff, but on rare occasion, when they're the only thing around, I get a bacon turkey bravo and/or an asiago bagel or two. They are seriously overpriced though. Go to almost any other deli or bakery, if you can.

I used to work there so I had more freedom with the ingredients, but salads are probably the best option.
I like the Southwest salad but you have to modify it quite a bit.
Take off:
-Masa crisps
-Quinoa Sofrito blend
-Corn
Now at this point you've taken off a good amount, but for free you can add
-wedge tomato
-extra pickled red onion
-extra romaine/other greens

i'll start with one fun tidbit though they only paid minimum wage and employees didn't get free food just half off. free drinks tho.

i've never been there since personally because as everyone in the thread has said their food is overpriced as fuck, the only things not overpriced are their bagels, coffee, and some pastries. i miss the green tea though the passion green tea was my lifeblood
