What are some good ideas for breakfast? I work a physical job but am trying to lose weight. So far what I eat in the morning:
2 fried eggs with sautéed mushrooms & spinach
Or
A bowl of yoghurt and a piece of fruit
Or
Sardines on Ryvita
Or
4 weet-bix with milk.
Surely I'm doing something wrong except for the first one

It doesn't matter if you eat breakfast or not, just keep your daily calorie count appropriate.

I also have heavy job. Until around 12 I only drink several cups of coffee and smoke serveral cigarettes. I wake up at 5 45. Then I eat a heavy lunch and later a massive dinner. This seems like the way to go because im fit as fuck even though I dont work out.

I typically eat a two fried egg sandwich, coffee and 2 tangerines in the morning.

Sometimes a bowl of rolled oats with hemp hearts and some unpasteurized honey

It's just biodynamic greek yoghurt made near my house, I work a 10 hour day and like to get all my shit done in that time so I rarely eat between breakfast and dinner. I'm not particularly fat but I am a bit overweight, just included that to keep out the pancakes and english breakfast suggestions
