I eat bananas every mornings.
Usually I put two bananas, 0.5l of whole milk in a blender and eat that with either cookies or brownies.
Every signle mornings, for about 2~3 years.
I mostly never eat sweets/cookies any other time of the day.

Also first thing in the morning is I eat some honey, been doing so for ~4 years.
