A bowl of plain Greek yogurt with mixed berries (frozen, zap them in the microwave for 15 seconds to thaw), muesli, and a tad of honey.
To drink I go for 8-10 oz. of black coffee and around 30 oz. of water.

After that I take my vitamins and get on with my morning routine.

Yeah sure

I make a big batch, usually a couple of punnets of cherry tomatoes with 1-2 onions (depending on size) and add some jalapenos i grow myself (number depends on heat). I put in about 6 cloves of garlic as well
Essentially I grill everything until slightly charred, brushed with oil before hand.

I add everything to a food processor and add half a cup loosely packed coriander leaves with 1-2 limes, good pinch of salt, a little cumin and some mexican oregano.

Blend, let cool, serve. delicious

you can get a pretty good variety of different types of bagels and flavors of cream cheese
it's cheap
you can fix it the night before and throw it in the fridge if you are really lazy

I throw oats in a big mug with chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, a scoop of whey protein, low sugar jam, and chunky peanut butter. Mix it all up and throw it in the fridge overnight to congeal.
