My latest 'vark recipe.
Bananas foster covered with pork rinds paired with an vintage sundried 'vark '10. Very musty with an overwhelming sweetness and stench. Much like kimchi and fish sauce, vintage sundried 'vark is a aquired taste. Sun baked in the back of my Prius for 8 years, the bottle has softened and imparted a bitter vinegary flavor that forms an 2cm oil film on top. Very interesting mouth feel, extremely spicy and sweet.

That's part of the appeal too. It's so mild and sweet that all 3 of my wife's kids can eat it with no issues. Love it on their happy meals, especially Daquan.
