Give that liver a chance to breathe, anon.

Why don't you try going all raw for at least a couple of days ? butter and meat should be eaten only on special occasions since it does harm to the body and thyroid gland

What are your sources? You're not even explaining the causes, you just jumped to results
>muh liver
>muh thyroid

When in reality, too much carbs (read SAD which is considered healthy) causes non-alcoholic "fatty" liver.

Give your liver a break OP.

I don't have sources huh?

Here's a conference of MD's and professors displaying this very claim of mine, unlike you oversimplifying it like some Jeepers Creepers shit.
> you eat fat, you get fat! R-right?

Dr. Paul Manson, "Faturated Fat Is Not Dangerous"

But what do I know? You're more knowledgeable than him and the researchers doing the studies. As you have observed a randomized double-blinded study on this matter.

Yeah, uh, you really seems to know your stuff so maybe I will start eating lard and sausages

Surely, I will feel amazing afterwards

Jesus I forgot to say... If you find the stuff hard to grasp that presentation, then you don't accept criticism and are not interested in the matter to better your health, or maybe that SAD (standard American diet) of yours is giving your cognitive and/or attention abilities a hard time.

Spotted the juice.

It's not just lard, high fat, moderate protein, very low carbohydrates (read, complex sugars from vegetables)

Fat is calorie-dense so you don't need huge quantities to get your 70% intake of it.

Also there's olive oil, coconut oil, and butter. Not just lard.

Unless you took the hard-mode more reddish redpill and went ZC. Then you're limited to animal fats and butter.

In my OP I stated that a green diet will do good to your body and then you said in >>10536464
that it's filled with carbs and awful to the liver and thyroid

Now you're saying that plant based oils (wich I didn't state that they were bad) are good and that I'm only looking at the animal based products

You seem to be losing track of what you're saying.

Being alive makes every moment a special occasion. I only get to live once, I don’t want to waste a single day torturing myself with my food choices. I just exercise and eat proper portions. Also my diet is less than 10% meat.

You seem to be the one who's comprehend English semantics.

Carbs is a general umbrella term.
Complex carbs is a very specific type of carbs found in low-carb leafy-green veggies mostly.

Ketogenic diet, low carb healthy fat, or whatever you want to call it, requires 70% fat, 25% protein, 5% carbs of your daily dietary intake.
And just so you don't sperg out over the obvious, I'll elaborate more:
70% fat give or take
25% protein give or take
5% carbs, definitely 5% or less
The carbs have to be complex carbs and eaten with fiber-rich food. To slow the absorption of carbohydrates. Thus low-carb veggies and leafy-greens.

You can take out the 5% away, then you don't need fiber. Then it's ZC. But that's hardcore for most and keto is more than enough.

Sorry, anon, but you need to re-read my OP.

I mentioned for a couple of days. You seem to take my advice as for something religion and taken to the extreme.

I never mentioned never eating meat again. Please try to calm down with your logic. Everything is poisonous if it's over the top.

Okay sorry. I may have over-reacted a bit. I think a couple days every couple months isn't too bad. The reason why I sperged out is that carbohydrates (especially refined sugars) severely damage the liver on the long run. And I assumed you meant cutting meat altogether and replacing the dietary gap with starches and carbs.

And WPM is words per minute, typing speed meter. I was just trying to trigger you. That's what I was on about.

while I agree that meat shouldn't be eaten as readily as it is, eating it only on special occasions is a bit too sparse
I think it should be more of a one red meat meal a week, two fish meals and one chicken meal and people should eat more salad for lunch

I can respect a vegetarian, I can't respect a vegan
