Well, depending who this is, you will either pitch such a fit and lay down your boundaries of not sharing, not ever, or "never finish/eat the last of anything" rules and it will work or it won't. You can declare a shelf offlimits or whatever sectioning you can do, or get a sheet of labels preprinted with name. A clear lockbox can be purchased for fridges, and I think they came out of the scientific laboratories kind of setting, so check those catalogs.

If these people aren't your family, then what you can do is get a 2 drawer filing cabinet in your room, like for keeping files like from Staples (see them alot cheap at back to college sales and IKEA) or an armoire that has a lock, and just store things you don't want anyone to mess with...or simply a new lock on your bedroom door.

My family growing up never could keep their hands off ice cream in the freezer. I finally figured out coffee ice cream and mango sorbet went untouched (allergy on the last one). Go ahead and buy cheap shit to share, and then hide your personal stash. Keep in mind people have food addictions and can't stop themselves from more and more til it's gone. It can be a losing battle here.
