Its named resin after hops you dingus

>> No.10519781

2004 is super old for an east coast brewery

also, its a reference to hop resin, not everything with words also associated with weed in some way is directly referencing weed. Stoner culture borrows a shit ton of words with other unrelated meanings

That's not how it is in the US. They'll claim it's got nothing to do with it, but it does. Do you also think people who >imply on facebook are just doing it because of email formatting?

>> No.10519806

>>10519790
It doesnt. Hops are closely related to marijuana so they use similar terms like resin and dank because they actually apply to the hops being used

>> No.10519819

>>10519806
FFS, resin is a term for tree sap in general. Of course "resin" applies to either case. But it certainly didn't come from cannabis.

If you were to overhear a carpenter discussing cleaning the resin off his chisel do you think that is also pot-related.

>>durr the only use of the term resin I know is from pot so that's where it musta come from

It's probably around the 80th percentile of what I typically buy. I'm all for IPA but sometimes Resin just comes off as sharpness incarnate without any real depth or flavor beyond that. A little on the pricey side as as well.
