Remember, tomorrow all the food could be cut off and you could starve to death! I hope you have emergency food supplies.

I do. I have twelve emergency rations plus a 72 survival kit/first aid kit and I have a portable stove and fuel and candles and matches and a compass and emergency whiskey, vodka and bourbon in plastic mickeys to ensure they do not shatter in an earthquake. These will be useful for disinfectant, bartering or simply general enjoyment. I also keep a large stock of food on hand at any given time. I am no weekly-grocery-getter.
