We got plenty of female drivers at my store. We actually have more female workers than we do male workers, both inside and drivers. Drivers split all tip incomes equally between all of the orders per night. Personally I don't give a shit about tips, because we still pay them minimum wage (OR fag so 10.75/hr). Drivers will complain about it, but not tipping isn't a sacrilege. I've had my fair share of fights with my drivers accusing me of cutting back on tips.
