ITT: Ways to improve your diet without starving yourself of shit that actually tastes good.

>Buttery spread
No cholesterol, no sugar, plenty of good healthy poly- and mono-unsaturated fats; it's also got lots of good plant sterols and stanols. It can't be used for cooking wherever butter is used, however, sometimes it can be used for baking, but not always.

>Unbuttered popcorn
If possible, make your own popcorn, using no salt, no butter, and a healthy oil such as olive oil. Popcorn is a whole grain, and is very low calorie.

>Mixed nuts
Eat between 1 and 3 grams of mixed nuts every day. They taste good and they're good for you. Be careful eating too many though, since they can cause stomachaches when eaten in excess due to the phytates and tannins in them. Especially stay away from eating brazil nuts, they can fuck you up.

Shop in the produce section more, and buy less packaged foods.

Obviously some good things are packaged, but avoid stuff with preservatives.

good shit dude

>Whole grains
Get them the fuck in you. Whole grain breads, brown rice, oats, personally I can't do whole grain pasta but that's just me. White rice, white bread, and such things lack fiber and healthy minerals, and have lots of sugar, too much can cause fatty liver disease. Always keep in mind though how much yeast you're consuming, get some probiotics in your system to offset the yeast, like by supplements or low-fat no-added-sugars yogurt.

>Citric acid
It's good for you. Eat an orange or a grapefruit every day, all you need is one; eating too much can possibly be bad for your teeth or your stomach.
