Hi Ni/ck/ Gers, I want to make tasty burgers tomorrow, anyone have tips or topping suggestions?
I was planning on making
>buns from scratch
>patties out of chuck
>caramelized onions
>bacon
along with lettuce, tomato, etc. Is chuck a good cut to grind for patties?

if youre really gonna go all out with this hamboigah, get your favorite/highest quality relish/pickles, get some muenster, some grey poupon (or your favorite strong mustard/dijon), some white cheddar, and some fatty chuck
make your moist buns
make patty
salt both sides of patty
caramelize some minced red onion in kerrygold on a pan, then drop some more butter if needed and fry the insides of the bun in the onions+butter
cook that boigah however done you want, if you mince it yourself youre safe from salmonella and shit
melt cheese on top of boigah in pan
slather bottom bun with the mustard and top bun with mayo, apply cheesed boigah, apply relish/pickle, place top bun
bite
contain your ejaculate (even though we both know you’ll fail)

cook your burger over some fresh embers for dat delicious smoky flavor

i just make a fire and let it burn down, then spread the ashes a little bit and place a metal grill gently over them so as to not get the ashes on the grilling surface

as for the burgers themselves i like to mix some minced garlic and onion/pepper into the chuck
grilled onions (on the finished sandwich) are a good addition as well

Fuck buns from scratch, just buy good quality.
Good beef, Chuck will do, 80/20 meat/fat ratio, no binders.
Fuck that extra shit, just cheese and a little bit of ketchup if you're feeling saucy.

A good burger is meat, bread and cheese if you're adding a load of shit it's to mask the lack of time or lack of good ingredients.

I strongly do not recommend juicy tomatoes, they add way too much slippage no matter where in the burger they're put and work better separate as a palate cleanser. If you want tomato then what you do is use sundried or pan seared instead.
