vaguely sour and off putting, but then it sits with you for a second and its magic begins.
it shouldn't taste good but you do get used to it after introducing it to your tongue. i started with bleu cheese dressing which had some chunks of bleu cheese in it, but now I like a solid version of it slightly soft and spreadable.
Pungent, but not nasty or anything. if you like goats cheese I think you'll like this

Cambozola is great if you're not that experienced with blue cheeses. It's soft & creamy like brie and has a more subtle blue cheese bite.
