In my country, the food restriction laws are very strict, so our mcdonalds actually is made from meat grown by our farmers, contains much less agents, and much more. So it honestly depends where you live, not every mcdonalds place is pure garbage like American ones.... They aren't the healthiest either since they still have large amounts of calories. But at least it's somewhat natural compared to the American ones.

Our food remains relatively cheap. Costs the same as it does in almost any country. The only expensive things are candy, that's about it. Mcdonalds is somewhat more expensive than other places, but some meals on the menu there are still a dollar or less. KFC would be one more exception where it's insanely expensive, but that might be only due to it being in the capital, and in the capital, everything is more expensive.
