Assembled (mix horseradish and mayo w/ 3 parts mayo 1 parts horseradish)

This guy was a little taller than I wanted it to be and was barely able to fit it in my mouth, thus I shall name it the Tyrone Burger

Next time I do this, I will use .4lbs instead of .75lbs of meat because .75 was just way too much, will also cut tomatillos thinner; lastly will make homemade buns because these are tasty but not big enough
