Breakfast Meal Prep Cook-a-Long

Really simple. Braindead “cook-a-long” that’ll save you some cash and takes like 30 minutes tops. Also meal prep general.

You will need:
6oz Rasberries
6oz Blueberries
6oz Blackberries
2 Bars of Caffeinated Dark Chocolate
Fuck ton of oats, it’s just easier to buy it in bulk, you’ll probably add about 2oz/jar
32oz tub of vanilla, honey or plain greek yogurt, whichever you prefer

Prep:
>Your chocolate, just break it into tiny pieces
>Your fruit, just wash the fruit

Layer in this order:
>Oats, keeps the dry and crispy at the top
>Fruit
>Dark Chocolate
>Yogurt at about half way

Repeat as such
