My dad is 5'11" and ~320, he "tries" to eat healthy but cheats like crazy with fast food and junk food. Makes me really mad to see shit like ice cream bars and chips in his house when I go visit him. Or when we go out for dinner he often orders some fried appetizer or dessert in addition to an unhealthy main dish and two high-abv beers and doesn't think anything of it.

I'm 6'0" 180lbs so I could definitely lose 15-20lbs or so but I can't bring myself to give up beer, which is really my only food vice.

I was about 115kg at my heaviest like 3 years ago when I was basically NEET.
I've been around 68-70kg for over a year now since I started a physically tough job.
I'm in good shape, just can't get rid of that last 5kg or so of fat because of my drinking. The fact I managed to lose so much weight while being an alcoholic is a miracle and testament to how hard I work I guess.
I cook a lot so my diet is actually pretty decent.

My highest weight was just over 400. I'm down to around 350 now, and slowly working it down further.
I have super bad food allergies, and my parents sort of let me be picky due to it as a kid, and it led to a bunch of shit eating habits like fast food at least once a day, every day.
I also had a fucking junkie living in my god damned house with me throughout high school who would eat our ENTIRE house out of food overnight if we didn't fucking hide it from him in the floorboards and shit. $500 in groceries or more for a house of 6 people and he would eat all of it in one night. Fucker. So I started binging food because I associated getting food with it not being there in an hour if I didn't eat it right the fuck then.
I've started trying to unlearn these habits, and it's working so far. I've started slow, cut fast food out of my diet almost entirely (maybe once a month if that), soda is gone too, just water or sometimes coffee, I just need to expand my diet because i'm still eating really unhealthy shit in high amounts in short periods, once a day.
