We delve into this category. Which instant coffee is the best? Is the price something that matters?

I know that using even french press would make a superior cup but it takes months to try all the methods and even after that it takes just too much time in the morning to prepare the cup properly. Heat, water, timing, grind, mixing all needs to be in sync and done the same way every time. Drinking instant even if it tastes like shit is much easier. Proper espresso setup will cost you at least 10k. Discussion about instant coffee is therefore like talking about which medication to take when you are dying from cancer.

Or you could just use a drip machine with a preset so theres fresh coffee in the morning

Preparing a 10 cup batch from grinding to sipping your 'fee takes about 6 minutes and would cost you $250 for a decent setup, grinder and drip brewer

I drank whatever Folgers/Maxwell House swill for years but I can't stand it now. This is a brand I like, I buy it to drink at work. At home I make Turkish, the best coffee.

I take these with me on extreme desert camping trips that last for a week. Unbeatable. Except for any kind of actual drip coffee because it's instant. I don't really like starbucks brand coffee either.

After that it's all taste testing. I find most instants taste too much like nuts.

THAT'S how no-name brands are able to sell for so cheap. They all buy from the same extremely high output factories so it can be sold cheap.

Any of these, as well as offerings from Parlor and Passenger.

Pretty much all other instant coffee is utter trash.

You imply everybody not only has y minutes in the morning just to make coffee when they have to get to work by 7 am

And that everyone has $250 to slap down on a dribk that not only tastes terrible but can realistically be drank for the cost of instant coffee and a mug.

I bought a two pack of coffee from parlor to try and split with my friend. Its a scam. no different from the cheap Nescafé instant shit you can get for a couple of bucks and way more servings. I can't speak for the quality of their actual beans, those might be decent.

>Why would you do that to yourself?

(different anon here but) real coffee makes me shit 10 times a day and even after I'm all shitted out, it still feels like I have to go.

Instant coffee still kinda fucks me up but nowhere near as badly.

Used to drink 12+ cups of real coffee throughout the day with no issues (and I was still asleep by 10:00pm) but nowadays, I just can't handle it anymore.
