What is a good calorie packed snack /ck/? I need something to snack on throughout the day and preferably with as many calories as possible. I've been eating 3 or 4 pb&j's but they're getting stale and I need something else.

Overnight oats with peanut butter and jam and whatever else you want to put in it.

I'd prefer to stay away from peanut butter if possible. I've been eating too much lately.

You really want nutrient dense food over calories but if you insist: cheeses. Throw them on top of carbs and serve with a side of carbs.

No such thing. If you’re looking to eat healthy and put on weight, you have to accept that food is going to be repetitive. Also, you don’t want to say good bye to those smooth and regular poops, right?

Depends on what your goals are. If it's weight gain then put your micros in front for a second. You can get those from nuts, veggies, legumes, and fruit. After that pile on proteins which is easy. Cook in bulk and microwave.

If you are still struggling add two glasses of milk. Then two more. Add two more chicken breasts. Two more cups of cottage cheese. Two more cans of sardines (salt, pepper, hot sauce, down it all).

Just make sure you're adding heaping piles of veggies.

I guess veggies is where I need to head. I have a fetish for using the oven, so throwing some oil, Parmesan and panko break crumbs sounds like it would make an easy 30 minute snack. Thanks for the help.

Roasted garlic potatoes with peppers, onions, and olive oil. Fry asparagus in bacon fat. Cook bratwurst and serve with your fav bread and condiments.

Lot's of quick eats that have more nutrient variety. Just got to play around a bit.

Also, motherfucking cheddar mac and cheese. Eat a pan a day.

Ya, don’t eat Mac and cheese everyday. That’s stupid. Only people who do insane amounts of cardio need that much empty calories. Eat sweet potatoes instead. High calories and highly nutritious.

Hey, anon is eating four pbnj's a day so why the fuck not?

Two pans of cheddar mac and cheese per day. With bacon bits for topping.

Because it will make him fat a lot faster than 4 pb&j sandwiches will. He wants to bulk, not boogie bulk.
