I live in Saskatoon and they sell "fries supreme," which is just french fries with beef, salsa, sour cream, and cheese on it. It's damn good.

I live in Alberta. Thanks for being the only other province without a liberal majority.

Never got the hype. It's literally just frozen seasoned fries and some queso. $5 and you can make 10 servings at home.

Liberal politics are correct, though. How can we ethically move forward as a society if we don't allow each person to make his or her own case for themselves?

If you want to move forward ethically as a society, you'll have to start by limiting government presence in Canada. It's an authoritarian shit-hole, no thanks to "liberals" who monopolize the election system to oppress the west.

Honestly, if more people are expanding to other boards because of an initial interest in /pol/, I'll welcome it. It at least results in more intelligence and conformity with the site culture than if they're children coming from /b/.

>> No.10409555

Why wouldn't you just buy or make actual Carne asada fries?

/pol/ "intelligence" amounts to nazi larpers and the desperate-for-a-platform stromfags. so that's what we're going to be getting. except with schnitzel memes or some shit.

This can be said for any political party.

I think of it like this: immigrants from /b/ will be obsessed with universal signs of community, such as frogposting and wojak--but are also the most likely to shitpost in a way which interferes with the function of the board they're on. Since they're still maturing, they're also unlikely to make good lurkers.

In general, people will spend more time reading /pol/ and learning conventions before participating in threads as posters, and then they're most likely to identify with board-specific posting. Thus, they take more easily to board-specific culture and will respect rules and environment. For example: lots of people on /pol/ are amused by shillposting, and thus make shill posts ironically. Likewise, individuals on /ck/ see a viral marketing post or pure idiocy and decide to mimic what they see. This is why a lot of our posts amount to mindless jabbering like, "For me, it's the McChicken, the best fast food sandwich" and "How does he get out of there without breaking all the eggs?" or just fucking "huh?" posting. The only difference is on /pol/, you write, "wtf I hate X now!" or "It's over for drumpfy!" or "I'm with her"

Sure they may be more quickly to have a politically charged response and spark a derailing, but given how quickly people participate--it's clear that this is one of the last vestiges for political discussion and it's something people are at least interested in enough to respond to (even if it's just race-baiting about food, or discussing SJWs in video games).

Didn't they stop making those like ten years ago, or did they bring them back for a little bit recently? I remember really liking those back in the day.

Onto the next meme item to be paired with a 5 dollar box then. I'm looking forward to it. quite enjoyed the stacker, the fries were fun but I've had them enough

I am friends with a few different Taco Bell managers. They've all confirmed that the fries will be making a comeback.
